In the event that a package is received without a submitted ShipForMe order form, our team will make efforts to identify the rightful owner. If we successfully identify the owner, we will request the client to complete the ShipForMe order form in order to proceed with processing the package. However, if we are unable to determine the owner and do not receive a request accompanied by tracking information to claim the package within a period of 90 days from its arrival, the package will be appropriately disposed of.
