Q [Handling Packages] How long can I store my package in the warehouse?
A
You can store your packages in the ShopnShip warehouse for up to 90 days.
ShopnShip will secure your purchases in your personalized locker free of charge for the first 45 days.
After 90 days ShopnShip reserves the right to destroy or otherwise dispose of your packages without incurring any liability to you or any other party whatsoever.
Q [Shipping] Can you ship to my country?
A
We ship to most countries around the world. Please check our website for a list of supported countries or contact us if you do not see your country on the list.
Q [Shipping] What happens if I provide an incorrect shipping address?
A
We are not responsible for packages that are shipped to an incorrect address. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Q [Shipping] What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
A
 If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, we will work with the carrier to file a claim and obtain compensation for the lost or damaged items.

Q [Shipping] How long does it take for my packages to arrive?
A
The time it takes for your packages to arrive depends on several factors such as shipping method, customs clearance, and destination country.

Q [Shipping] Can I choose the shipping carrier for my package?
A
Yes, we offer multiple shipping carriers to choose from. You can compare the shipping fees and delivery times to select the carrier that best fits your needs.

Q [Shipping] What if my package is returned for some reason after shipping from ShopnShip?
A
If a package has to be returned to ShopnShip due to an incorrect address, or because no one is available at the destination to receive the package, or for any other reason, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please note that there will be a storage charge after 30 days. If the customer does not agree to pay the return shipping costs, then ShopnShip will instruct the carrier to discard the shipment.

Q [Shipping] How long does it take me to get my shipment?
A
In most cases, we are able to fill all shipping requests within 24-48 business hours from the time they are placed. You will be able to see that your request has been filled by logging into your account and checking your Dashboard.
 
Depending on the carrier and the destination, it usually takes between 4 to 10 business days for a package to arrive once it has left our warehouse. We will provide you with a tracking number once we have shipped. 
Q [Shipping] Are there any restrictions on items I can send through ShopnShip?
A
Yes, please refer to our Prohibited and Limited Items list.
Important Note: This list is not comprehensive and that restrictions are constantly changing. We’ll do our best to update this page as we receive notices from our carriers but ultimately you are responsible for ensuring that the items you purchase comply with all government and carrier restrictions.
Q [Payments] I don't see a price for shipping when placing my consolidation request. Why is that?
A
Shipping rates for a consolidated package cannot be determined until the consolidation has been completed. Shipping rates and available carriers are based on the dimensions and weight of the package. This information will be updated in your account once the consolidation has been completed and a new package number assigned. You can get an estimate from our shipping calculator.
